- Terms and conditions Excel Sheet Vendor Letter The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Otisville NY, intends to issue solicitation RFQP0211174THQTRBREAD for the acquisition of fresh bread products. The estimated quarterly quantities are 7,000 loaves wheat bread, 35,000 EA hot dog buns, and 60,000 EA hamburger buns. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the period of July 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Two Mile Drive Otisville, NY 10963-0600 once a week. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible Vendor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, and with past performance and price considered. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor. Please note we will no longer accept cardboard boxes as storage, bread must be delivered in racks for ease of storage/ transportation and preservation of the product. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 17, 2017 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http:/www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. Faith based and community based organizations can submit offers/ quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of receipt of quotes is June 19, 2017 by 11:00AM EST. Payment will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or purchase card. Each Vendor is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications.
