- Salient Characteristics Sources Sought The Contractor shall provide a fully functioning Personal Computer (PC) with the following minimum requirements: Processor: Intel Processor with Broadwell architecture or later, and must have a minimum speed overclocked at 4.3 Gigahertz (GHz) Cooling System: sealed liquid cooling system, with a 240 millimeter (mm.) dual-fan radiator Motherboard: 2666 Megahertz (MHz) Double Data Rate Four (4) (DDR4) memory, six (6) Universal Serial Bus (USB) 3.0 ports, ten (10) Serial Advanced Technology Attachments (SATAs) 3.0 ports Graphic Card: at least 12 Gigabytes (GB) memory, 12 Teraflops (TFlops) in single-precision mode, must be supported by Matlab parallel toolbox, High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) 2.0b, Dual Link- Digital Visual Interface (DVI) Case: Must fit graphics card of dimension 4.5 inches (in.) x 11in., at least two (2) 2.5in., two (2) 3.5 in., two (2) 5.25 in. tool free drive bays, and modular 2.5 in.
