- SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS SURGICAL TABLE Steris 5085 General Surgical Table with Stainless Steel Base, 110/120 Volts the STERIS 5085 General Surgical Table is a highly versatile mobile general surgical table that is electro-hydraulically operated. It is designed to support all general and bariatric surgeries including: nephrectomies and cardiac, vascular, endoscopic, gynecologic, urologic, neurologic, ophthalmologic and orthopedic procedures (with the addition of STERIS table accessories). Other features include AUTO LIMIT SENSORS, Backup Hand Control, INTELLI-POWER Dual Battery & Main Power Modes, Battery Level Indicator, and E-SERVE Computer Link for service. Digital X-Ray Top,4085/5085/Srt This is the X-Ray Top only, requires table top modification (BF307, BF308, BF309, BF310, or BF311)if not already Standard Accessory Package with 3" Anesthesia Arm board Pad and Extra Long Length Restraint Strap Standard Accessory Package with 3"Anesthesia Arm board Pad (to be used with X-ray tops) With Extra Long Length Restraint Strap. Package includes 2 Anesthesia Arm boards with 3-inch TLT pad (BF804), Perineal Cutout Filler Piece (BF205), Cable Wrap (BF316) Restraint Strap, Extra Long, 126-inch (BF451). Fits STERIS5085, 4085, Cmax, Amsco 3085 SP, 3080-R and 3080 tables. Inspect and Start-Up 5085/5085 SRT Table STERIS Service will stage the table in the location designated by the Customer for review and check-in by the facility. STERIS will: Uncrate the table/re-crate trade-in (if applies) Ensure that power is fully charged for an all-systems check Fully inspect table condition and supporting hardware Perform and complete STERIS 31 point start up test to confirm optimal table performance Verify floor locking system is secure Confirm tilt speed Inspect shroud to ensure complete functionality and verify no damage during freight transportation. Remove and properly dispose of all crating Trade-In 3080 Surgical Table - B Serialized It is the Customer's responsibility to provide to STERIS the serial number of the Trade-In equipment on the Purchase Order. If STERIS is de-installing the equipment, STERIS Service is responsible to decontaminate, de-install, prepare the Trade-In for shipment and move the item to the dock for pick up. If de-install is not performed by STERIS, Customer is responsible for these activities. STERIS Logistics will work with our carrier to pick up the equipment within two weeks of the pick-up request. Customer contact will receive a call 24 hours prior to pick up.
