- Representations and Certifications Instructions to Offerors Additional Terms and Conditions Appendix A-Address Listings Solicitation 6HQOIG-17-A-0014 The U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General is seeking a qualified supplier to provide Fitness for Duty Exam Services. Please see the attached Instructions to Offerors and Statement of Work regarding the solicitation. Due Dates: Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than May 22, 2017 by 4:00 PM ET (email only): acarr@uspsoig.gov ). Answers will be posted on FBO no later than 4:00 PM ET on May 25, 2017. Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM EDT on June 15, 2017 (email only): acarr@uspsoig.gov. Anticipated award: By July 10, 2017 The USPS OIG will not pay expenses related to the preparation of proposals. Thank you in advance for your interest in our requirement.
