- Cruise Missile PWS Environment Specifications DD Form254 FA4610-17-R-0004 Cruise Missile Solicitation Wage Determinations Technical Questionnaire List of Government Furnished Property Solicitation Notice - Cruise Missile Maintenance Service Department of the Air Force, Air Force Space Command, 30 CONS, 1515 Iceland Ave, Room 150, Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB), CA 93437-5212 Proposals are requested in response to Solicitation Number FA4610-17-R-0004, for Cruise Missile Maintenance Service at VAFB, California 93437. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, vehicles, supervision and other items necessary to support Cruise Missile Maintenance services at Vandenberg AFB. The proposed period of performance includes a base period of twelve months (1 Oct 2017 - 30 Sep 2018), two one-year option periods (extending through 30 Sep 2020), and a (6) six month period (extending through 31 Mar 2021). The option periods, if utilized are to be exercised at the unilateral right of the Government. Refer to the posted solicitation for proposal due dates. The requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business / The NAICS code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $20.5M. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, lack of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
