- Solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP) Task Order 1 The Solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP) is being added to this announcement and is attached. The procurement process for this requirement is full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 15 procedures. The Government has selected NAICS code 541690 as the most appropriate for this solicitation. This will be a single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ). Task Orders will be awarded from the IDIQ contract on a time and material/labor hour or firm-fixed-price basis in accordance with FAR Part 16 procedures. The ordering period for the IDIQ will be 09/30/2017-09/29/2022. The solicitation (RFP) response time will be 30 days. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation RFP in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. All responsible and qualified sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Please see attached solicitation RFP and task order 1. Telephone requests will not be honored and no offerors list will be maintained. Notifications will not be sent to the offerors regarding the issuance any of its amendments. It is the offerors' responsibility to check this website. Please note that all questions shall be received by 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST), June 1 in accordance with Section L in the solicitation. All proposals should be received by 10:00 A.M Eastern Standard Time (EST)., June 19, 2017.
