- Subscription for Broadcast Television & Radio Media Monitoring The Office of Naval Research (ONR), Corporate Strategic Communications Office (CSC) has a requirement for a television and radio broadcast media monitoring software tool and corresponding web-based interface that is compatible with ONR's information technology platform, currently serviced by Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI). The purpose of this tool is to monitor and track ONR-related material as reported by local, national and international broadcast television, cable and radio news outlets to assist with public affairs and corporate communications research and analysis.
