- Description
- This Pre-Solicitation notice is in anticipation of an 8(a) competitive Small Business set aside. The General Services Administration anticipates making awards to small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, certified 8(a) firms, women-owned businesses, HUB Zone businesses, and Service Disabled Veteran owned businesses to meet our annual procurement preference and socioeconomic goals. Setting this requirement aside will assist us in that effort. It is the intent and objective of the Government to use the forthcoming solicitation to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to perform custodial services at the Mary E. Switzer building, located at 330 C Street, SW, Washington, DC. This is a 100% set-aside for the 8(a) Program. Concerns expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business Program will be solicited under NAICS 561720. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $18.0M. The price range for this contract is between $5 million and $7 million for the duration of project.
