- Description
- 1. The project is for the replacement of the existing lighting in the vicinity of Buildings # 2080/2070 and includes the following: - Dismantle 1 each existing control cabinet for the street lighting. - Dismantle and remove 12 each existing light poles. - Deliver and install 14 each light poles, 10 m high, with single extension arm. - Deliver and install 1 each light pole, 10 m high, with double extension arm. - Deliver and install 14 each LED post lamps. - Deliver and install 5 each LED floodlight fittings. - Install 1 each control cabinet for the lighting system in transformer station # 2127. 2. The Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 3. The performance period is 150 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 60 calendar days is included 4. The Solicitation will be issued approx. 30 May 2017 with a closing date of approx. 19 June 2017. Paper copies will not be available. Once the Solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. 5. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. 6. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany) 7. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
