- Sierra Army Depot located in Herlong, California has a requirement for ATV Preventative Maintenance Services to include a Base and 4 option Years. Performance to begin approximately 30 days after award, on or around 01 August 2017. The anticipated posting of the solicitation will be May 25th 2017. This procurement is set-a-side for small business concern. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 811111. The related small business size is $7,500,000. Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 & 13.5, Full & Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be emailed or faxed to 530-827-4722, Attn: Lissa Kaarbo where the answer will be posted to FBO.gov 7 days prior to the closing of this solicitation. No telephone questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation. * This requirement does require past performance questionnaires to be filled out PRIOR to submission and need to reflect similar work experience. Please see the attachment to the solicitation for instructions. Offerors who do not follow the provided instructions will not be responsive and will not be accepted. ATV Equipment to include: Polaris Vehicles John Deere Gators Kawasaki Mules NTE 300 vehicles for service per year.
