Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:New Mexico City:ALBUQUERQUE Delineated Area:N- Hwy 528 (Alameda) E- Hwy 556 (Tramway) S-Gibson W - Hwy 345 (Unser) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):1,453 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):1,200 Space Type:Office/Warehouse (included warehouse) Parking Spaces (Total):Number allotted per sf at no cost to Government Parking Spaces (Surface):2 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:15 Firm Term:10 Option Term:NA Additional Requirements:This includes approximately 600 sf of warehouse space for trap and lure maintenance and storage. Some fabrication of traps and storage of tools and equipment required for field activities. Outside ventilation is required. Additional secured ware yard or parking area of approximately 450 sf is needed for pick-up trucks, AVT's and trailer. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of interest must include name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Also include the following: •Building name and address and location of the available space within the building •Rentable Square Feet (RSF) available and expected rental rate per RSF, fully serviced •ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any •Date of space availability •Building ownership information •Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.
