- N00164-17-R-JN57 - SOLE SOURCE - SUB MACHINE GUNS, MAGAZINES AND SPARE PART KITS, AND RELATED ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT-SMALL ARMS AMMUNITION - FSC 1005 - NAICS 332994 Issue Date: 30 MAY 2017 - Closing Date: 15 JUN 2017 - 2:00 pm EST The Government intends to enter into a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Sig Sauer, Inc. 72 Pease Blvd. Newington, NH 03801. This effort will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements This proposed procurement is for 98 each MPX 9mm Sub Machine Guns, 392 each MPX Magazines (30 round capacity) and 1 each Spare Parts Kit. A commercial item solicitation will be issued for an anticipated Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Delivery terms are 180 days after effective date of contract with F.O.B. at destination. Inspection and acceptance are at destination. This will be a commercial acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 13. To be eligible for award, contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. A formal solicitation will not be issued on www.fbo.gov.
