- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112. The Milwaukee VA Medical Center has a need for brand name or equal Genie 122 Single Wall Control/Double wall Exam Audio Booth. Contractor will remove, dispose of existing booth and install the new one in the same foot print to alleviate construction costs. Specifications: Current Dimensions and Features Outer: 9'0"W x 15'8"L x 8'2"H Control Room Interior: 7'0"W x 5'4"L x 7'9"H Exam Room Interior: 7'0"W x 7'4"L x 6'6"H Equipment MUST fit into current space limitations, no modifications to current space are permissible Audio booth must have: Doors: 32"W Observation Window: 36"W x 30"L; observation window must have sound insulation Roof mounted LED lighting with dimmer Recessed electrical service Additional Specifications Ability to integrate with Viasys GSI Tympstar Audiometer Ability to integrate with Viasys GSI 61 Audiometer Ability to integrate with Welch Allyn Audioscope 3 Ability to silence ventilation Must have at least 4 internal duplex electrical outlets Must have at least 4 conduit drops for low voltage signals All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Company name. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339112 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees.
