- Past Performance Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). FPS intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) IAW FAR 13.303. (ii) This is a small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 336991 - Motorcycle, Bicycle and Parts Manufacturing (500 Employees). (iii) FPS estimates purchasing approximately 182 police bicycles over a five year period through the use of a BPA. (iv) Description of requirements for the items are attached. (v) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point will be provided on Delivery Orders/Calls issued against the BPA. (vi) The date, time and place offers are due: June 1. 2017, 2:00 PM EST. (vii) POC for the requirement is Peter J. Andrews, peter.j.andrews@hq.dhs.gov.
