- Solicitation No. SOL-294-17-000010 ISSUANCE DATE: MAY 17, 2017 DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF QUESTIONS: MAY 26, 2017 CLOSING DATE/TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: JUNE 16, 2017, 16:30 JERUSALEM TIME / 09:30 Eastern Time SOLICITATION NO.: SOL-294-17-000010 The USAID/West Bank and Gaza Mission (WBG) is seeking the services of a USPSC to serve as Supervisory Executive Officer (S/EXO), based in its Tel Aviv office. The S/EXO serves as the principal advisor to the Mission Director and Mission staff, with full responsibility for providing leadership, advice and staff support in the following administrative management functional areas: business management; program support; operating expense budget; personnel; travel; general services and procurement; ICASS; information technology and records management; motor pool; security and safety; and emergency preparedness and response. Contract period of performance is up to twelve months, starting as soon as practicable after security and medical clearances are received.
