Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N63394-16-G-0005 on a sole source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), 100 Plastics Ave., Pittsfield, MA 01201-3632. GDMS is to design and execute the move of the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Training Facility (LTF) INDEPENDENCE Variant Integrated Tactical Trainer. GDMS is the only qualified and known source with the special test equipment, special tooling and facilities that can support this highly complex requirement.
