- Combined Solicitation Best Value Solicitation The USDA Forest Service - Manti-Lasal National Forest have a need for a Rental of Logging Skidder CAT 525B or equivalent, enclosed cab with heat and A/C, minimum 120" rear bunching grapple and front knock down blade. The Skidder would be operated by a licensed U.S. Forest Service employee. The approximate usage of the rented equipment will be approximately 176 hours per month.
