Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Salem, Virginia is conducting market research to find vendors provide all management, administration, and labor necessary to ensure hotel accommodations, a conference room, meals, and parking (if applicable) for up to approximately 25 participants consisting of approximately 15 couples and 10 staff members. Room accommodations are only needed for the couples, for a total of 15 rooms. There will be three (3), 2-day retreats per year. Hotel must have at least a three star rating on www.tripadvisor.com. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 721110 Size Standard: $32.5 million, and the Classification code is V231. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited.
