- This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation for quotes is available at this time. The issuance of an RFQ will be predicated on the responses received from this Sources Sought Notice. The Veteran s Health Administration, Network Contract Office 20, is seeking possible sources for the purchase of two Proveo 8 Optics microscopes, including accessories (such as - but not limited to - cables, monitors, eyepieces) manufactured by Leica Microsystems. No other brand is sought. A brand-name justification will be signed prior to the issuance of an RFQ. Sources must be a Service Disabled Veteran-owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran-owned Small Business (VOSB) and registered as such in the VA s VetBiz Vendor Information Pages (www.vip.vetbiz.gov). If your firm meets the SDVOSB/VOSB requirement above and can supply the requested items, please notify the contracting officer at the address below by 5 PM PDT on May 23rd, 2017.
