- The FAA is seeking qualified contractors to provide consulting services for asbestos abatement at a facility in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Please see the specifications within the attached solicitation. ***Evaluation factors for award - tiered evaluation 1.) 8(a) firms 2.) SDVOSB firms 3.) Small business firms 4.) Unrestricted Please reference Section M of the solicitation for complete details of the tiered evaluation process.
