- Industry Day Attendees List Industry Day Q&A Summary Industry Day Presentation/Charts ************************************************************************* INDUSTRY DAY SUMMARY See attached attendees list, Q&A summary and presentation/charts. ************************************************************************* INDUSTRY DAY NOTICE See attached Industry Day Notice/Instructions document. Note: The Government will use RFI "questionnaire" responses to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in Large Businesses and all Small Businesses attending the industry day. ************************************************************************* SOURCES SOUGHT / RFI #1 - AMENDMENT #1 See attached revised draft Basic IDIQ PWS and draft sample task order PWS. Documents have been revised to clarify the Cadmium Plating Process Type III Class II requirements. Changes are highlighted in green. Additionally, our office has recieved the following vendor question and provided is the Government's response/clarification. Vendor Question: "One of the coating you've requested is a Phosphate Treatment to the Cadmium Plating per AMS QQ-P-416 Type 3. As you well know, there's no current QPD or QPL for it and was wondering if you have a preffered product to use." Government Response: At this time there is no definitive product specified for Type 3.
