This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation Number is P17PS01292 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov/FAR. This requirement is solicited as a Set-Aside for Small Businesses under NAICS code 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services, with a U. S. Small Business Administration size standard of $11.0 million. A current Contractor registration is required on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ (formally CCR and ORCA). Offerors must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 561710 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM prior to award of any contract. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government considering price and the technical factors in the enclosed addendum to 52.212-1.
