- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items and procedures contained in FAR Subpart 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreement, and Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the Government s intention to issue a single BPA with no minimum order required. EXTENT OF OBLIGATION: The US Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized calls actually placed against the BPA and shall not be liable in any manner in the event no calls are made. Solicitation Number VA256-17-Q-0535 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. Offers are due no later than Thursday, June 1, 2017 by 2:00 p.m., Central Local Time (CST), New Orleans, LA. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns, under NAICS code 541620 with a size standard of $15 Million. Eligible VOSB s must have an active profile/active registration in the Vendor Information Pages (i.e. VetBiz https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ to be considered for a contract award from this solicitation.
