- Description
- SETAS Announcement The Contracting and Acquisition Management Office (CAMO), under the Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, is in the process of transitioning from the System Engineering and Technical Assistance Contract (SETAC10) vehicle to the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (MAIDIQ) contract vehicles. CAMO will utilize GSA OASIS SB MAIDIQ vehicles under an umbrella program entitled System Engineering and Technical Assistance Support (SETAS). Currently, all active SETAC10 task orders have a period of performance that ends on 20 December 2017. Many of these task orders are being extended to cover the period from current performance end date through the agreed upon dates listed in the attached phased transition chart. It is necessary for many task orders to continue performance under SETAC10 and complete the transition in a phased approach to allow for a smooth transition from SETAC10 to SETAS, while maintaining the continuity of these efforts that are on-going and not allowing for a break-in-service. Please note, the anticipated "revised end dates" are not firm and are subject to change. Please reference the attached document entitled "SETAC10 to GSA OASIS SB (SETAS) Transition Approach" for a detailed phased approach transition plan. Again, the column entitled "revised end date" are subject to change. Additional information, to include a Bidders Library, will be forthcoming. A bidder's library is a compilation of technical documents relevant to the SETAS acquisition. The purpose of the bidder's library is to inform industry of the description of the SETAS requirements and other pertinent information that may be used under the SETAS acquisition in order for industry to plan ahead. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Netausha Stoudmire at netausha.c.stoudmire.civ@mail.mil or Haleigh Dobbs at haleigh.m.dobbs.civ@mail.mil.
