- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy has a requirement to repair and extend the runway by adding a turn around at the south end of runway 01-19 at the Fort McCoy Airport at Fort McCoy, WI. The solicitation for this requirement will be issued as a Invitation for Bid (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed-price type contract. The anticipated period of performance will be 90 days after receipt of Contract Award. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a small business size standard of $36,500,000. This procurement will be a 100% Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) set aside. Invitation for Bids will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about June 15, 2017. Bids will be due approximately on July 15, 2017. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Site visit information will be posted with the IFB.
