- Q&A from previous FBO RFI C-130 Dimensions C-17 Manual Weight Loads DRAFT Schedule DRAFT PWS DRAFT - Delivery Order Request (DOR) Government Objectives_Questions This Special Notice is being posted as a Request for Information (RFI) for market research and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. No solicitation document exists or is guaranteed to be issued as a result of this RFI. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted, and the Government will not reimburse respondents for preparation of the response. Response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and will not affect future ability to submit an offer if a solicitation is released. There is no bid package or solicitation document associated with this announcement. The JBADS program is conducting market research via this Special Notice RFI to receive feedback from industry regarding the attached Government Objectives with Questions for Industry, Draft Delivery Order Request, Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Draft JBADS Schedule. In addition the Government is providing information regarding C-17 Manual Weight Loads, C-130 Dimensions and Government responses to Industry comments that were provided in response to the 17 March 2017 Special Notice Posting, JBADS_MarketResearch_RFI. Submission Instructions: All written responses to this RFI must be received by 3:30PM EST on 25 May 2017. Submissions shall: 1. Use Microsoft Word or Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF); 2. Shall list each of the questions as they are provided by the Government followed by a detailed response or indication of "no response" if no response will be provided. 3. Shall be emailed to Yvette M. Daltorio, Contract Specialist, yvette.m.daltorio.civ@mail.mil
