- JB CHS COCESS Amendment 0003 Revised Pricing Worksheet dated 18 May 2017 Amendment 0003 is being posted as follows: 1) The pricing worksheet dated 01 March 2017 is being replaced with a revised pricing worksheet dated 18 May 2017. a) The pricing worksheet dated 01 Mar 17 had Y= Yes and N=No for Hazmat following the estimated annual quantity. b) The pricing worksheet dated 01 Mar 17 did no provide the Y=Yes for In-Stock Items and N=Non-Stocked for the Fixed Price Items. The pricing worksheet did not provide the quantities required for the In-Stock fixed price Items. 2) Vendors should use the Revised Pricing Worksheet dated 18 May 2017 with the submission of their proposal. Amendment 0002 is being posted as follows: 1) Attach the updated Statement of Work Revised 10 May 2017, Amended through Amendment 0002. 2) Fixed Item Pricing Worksheet: a) Estimated annual consumption are identified in the item description and followed by an N- (Non-Stocked Item) or a Y- (Stocked Item) b) Vendors shall use their own pricing for line items AB390W and AB413W. All vendors must sign a copy of the amendment and return a copy with the original proposal. The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, intends to award a contract for a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS). The prospective contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards. A Fixed Price IDIQ contract with a base year of 12-months and four (4) one-year option periods is contemplated. The prospective contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to provide COCESS operations at Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS). The contractor shall have two stores; one (1) COCESS at JB CHS, Air Base and one (1) COCESS at JB CHS, Weapons Station. The contractor shall acquire, issue, deliver, and store a variety of materials, equipment, parts, and supplies for construction and facility maintenance and repair IAW the attached SOW.
