- This is not a request for proposal or a request for quote. There is no solicitation document available. This is a notice of intent of the Commander Navy Installations Command to negotiate a sole source contract with National Alliance for Youth Sports, 2050 Vista Parkway, West Palm, Florida 33411. In accordance with the 2010 Director, Fleet and Family Readiness policy letter 1700 Series N9/88891 21 Oct 2010. The Navy entered into a partnership agreement with NAYS as part of the Navy's ongoing commitment to adopt the standards and practices of the NAYS. NAYS shall provide services include support for policy design and implementation, development of training materials, access to a dedicated support center, e-learning subscriptions for all CYP YSF Professionals, and on-site training visits for the purpose of ongoing training, specialized presentations and webinars designed in accordance with military policy.
