- Updated LPTA Evaluation Criteria Amendment 0003 The successful offeror will provide all labor, material and equipment required to perform construction services to expand the existing NFATC Child Care Facility. Please note that the current wage rates may change at the time of award, so potential offerors must be mindful of this. The corresponding technical documents - including drawings - will be available for pick-up starting on Wednesday, April 19. Please contact the Contract Specialist (Arvid Gooray) to arrange the pick-up. These technical documents are needed to create an accurate proposal. Please send an e-mail to Arvid Gooray ( Arvid.Gooray@gsa.gov ) and CC Ronald Lucas ( Ronald.Lucas@gsa.gov ) stating your intention to attend Friday's site visit by 12:00pm on Thursday, April 20 for pre-screening purposes. Reminder for site-visit scheduled for Friday, April 21 at 10:00am. See Attachment - titled Directions & Map - for details on how to access site. 5/9/17 - Amendment 01 is ready to be posted, but FBO is experiencing technical difficulties with uploading Attachments to this Amendment. They are currently working on it, and the Amendment - along with the necessary Attachments - will be posted as soon as possible. 5/9/17 - Amendment 02 has been posted, and extends the proposal due date to May 22, 2017, at 5:00pm EST. 5/18/17 - Amendment 03 has been posted, which includes the revised LPTA Evaluation Criteria and extends the proposal due date to May 26, 2017, at 3:00pm EST.
