- SPAWARSYSEN Atlantic requires contractor support for Cyber Red Team engagements to evaluate Computer Network Defense Service Providers (CNDSPs) and DoD Networks, as well as to participate in cyber exercises as simulating an adversarial force and conducting Cooperative Vulnerability Penetration Assessments and adversarial assessments. SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic is seeking capability statements which identify vendors current capabilities to perform/execute the requirements summarized in the attached Sources Sought Synopsis and detailed in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
