- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE "MARKET RESEARCH" This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice. This notice is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). No solicitation exists at this time. The Contracting Activity for USPFO Washington seeks a Firm-Fixed-Price type contract for product placement and media distribution rights. The applicable NAICS codes for this requirement is 711320. PURPOSE OF NOTICE: The Sources Sought is being used as a Market Research tool to determine potential sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a possible RFP. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. We are only requesting capability statements from potential contractors at this time. Responders should indicate which portions of their response are proprietary and should mark them accordingly. Failure to provide a response does not preclude participation in any possible future competitive RFP for which a business is eligible to participate in, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the interested businesses to monitor the FEDBIZOPS website for additional information pertaining to any potential acquisition and provide security clearances, if necessary, to perform the statement of objectives. REQUIREMENT: The Contracting Activity for USPFO Washington is seeking a responsible vendor to support all of the requirements under a single contract. The requirements for a proposed contract are as follows: Location: Richland, WA / Tri Cities Area 1. The Official 5-Litre Hydroplane Regatta Name 2. The Official 5-Litre Hydroplane Ad Package 3. Award Ceremony Exposure 4. Marketing on all regional printed material for event 5. Logo on 5,000 brochures 6. Logo on 5,000 distributed posters 7. Full page ad in the Souvenir Race program 8. Premium banner placement within the race course 9. Promotional Product Give-Away 10. Text and Logo Advertisement on waterfollies.com on "Sponsor" page 11. Exclusive Space at Wade Park, Pasco. Shared Space in Columbia Park, Kennewick. 12. Exclusive sponsorship rights with Tri-City Water Follies for the race regarding, TV, radio, and other promotional messaging platforms. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The current proposed period of performance is estimated to be 28-30 July 2017 RESPONSE DEADLINE: Interested sources shall email a capability package by COB June 8, 2017 (2 pages or less) containing: 1) company name and address, 2) company point of contact, 3) email address, 4) phone number, 5) specifics addressing the work listed above including a current list of related past performance within the past 5 years.
