- This is a Construction project intended to repair damage caused by hurricane Matthew to buildings 190, 350, 365 and 1576. This includes mold/mildew prevention/remediation, demolition and replacement of damaged materials, roofing repair/replacement and other miscellaneous repairs. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and other incidental work required to complete this project. Other incidental work required includes any and all items necessary to ensure a complete, usable and maintainable final product including the demolition work not specifically stated elsewhere in this Statement of Work (SOW).
