- The United States Coast Guard Cleveland Civil Engineering Unit (CEU) is seeking a construction contractor to replace pier lighting fixtures at USCG Station Indian River, Rehoboth Beach, DE. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation and incidentals required to replace the pier lighting fixtures with LED lighting fixtures based on the drawings and in accordance with the project specifications. The Request for Quote will be available on or about 18 April 2017. The Request for Quote will close on or about 18 May 2017. The Performance Period for this project is sixty days after Award. The Request for Quote will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: https://www.fbo.gov. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS. Interested parties are encouraged to register at the website to be notified when information on this project is uploaded. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely on this website. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See internet site: sam.gov). All responsible sources must submit an offer good for 60 days which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. The response date has been extended until May 23, 2017 2:30pmEST as a result of Amendment Two.
