Description
Draft Contract Data Requirement List (CDRLs) Draft Statement of Work Draft RFP The Strategic Systems Program (SSP) is considering a solicitation for a competitive procurement for the effort to design two Technology Booster Solid Rocket Motor stages. The potential solicitation will have a requirement to design, build, and ground test a Hypersonic Technology Booster. If a solicitation is pursued, the Request for Proposal (RFP) would likely be issued late FY2017 with a contemplated contract award date in mid-FY2018. The Government wants to ensure that all potential Offerors have a thorough understanding of its Hypersonic Technology Booster requirements that may be provided in a future RFP. SSP is issuing this Draft RFP and other supporting information (see attachments) for Offeror review and comment, and to allow Offerors to familiarize themselves with the type of effort that may be solicited. All of the documents included in the Draft RFP are drafts. Questions or comments from potential Offerors on the Draft RFP may be used by the Government to modify, improve or clarify any potential subsequent version of the RFP. Questions and/or comments are to be submitted in writing, via email, to the Primary Point of Contact, Charles Poston, at Charles.Poston@ssp.navy.mil by the response date listed on this Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) posting, 2:00pm Local time on 19 June 2017. DO NOT FAX COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS.
