- HMOP Bid Schedule Wage Determinations Appendix A Appendix B PWS Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide food waste collection services at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Estimated workload factors are in Appendix A and collection areas are in Appendix B.
