- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure six (6) Rack-Mounted Computers for a ship control system upgrade on a Sole Source basis from Hexagon US Federal (formerly Intergraph Government Solutions (IGS). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
