- see attached The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division, Range Systems Department, Code RS32) requires the purchase of firmware improvement of existing video equipment in support of Stand Off Weapon Project. This procurement is a commercial item IAW FAR Part 13. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for this procurement action. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit capability statements. This notice of interest is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. The government intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed priced contract to Instrumentation Technology Systems.
