- Fort Hunter Liggett, CA - Access Request Form Pre-Proposal Conference Time: 08:30-10:30 AM (Pacific Daylight Time) - Informational Meeting & Optional Site Visit The Pre-Proposal Conference informational presentation will be conducted on Thursday, 8 June 2017 at the Historic Hacienda, Bldg. 101, Fort Hunter Liggett, CA. An optional site visit will follow the informational presentation for those interested in visiting the proposed construction sites. Due to security clearance requirements, it is suggested that your company limit the number of attendees requesting site clearance and access for the optional site visit. All interested attendees are required to complete the attached Access Request Form and submit the form to Mrs. Sonia Suggs Not Later Than (NLT) 2:00PM EDT, 30 May 2017. You may retrieve your Visitors Pass in the afternoon of 7 June, or prior to the Pre-Proposal Conference. In addition to the above, please bring a valid license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance to the base. The site visit Point of Contact (POC) is Mrs. Sonia Suggs who can be reached at (502) 640-2004 or by email at Sonia.L.Suggs@usace.army.mil Project Description: Design and construct multiple projects at Fort Hunter Liggett, CA. The projects - Fire Station Support Building; Waste/Central Hazardous Waste Facility; Unaccompanied Personnel Housing Laundry Facility; Fitness Center Annex; and a Family Life Center - will be located at various sites at Fort Hunter Liggett, California. Each facility can be constructed using prefabricated metal building construction. Supporting facilities will include land clearing, paving, fencing, general site improvements, and utility connections.
