- Notice Type: Special Notice J&A Statutory Authority: FAR 6.302-2 - Unusual and Compelling Urgency Synopsis: SOLE SOURCE - Bridge Contract for FDsys/govinfo - NAICS 519130 ITEM DESCRIPTION - GPO intends to award (3) three sole source "Bridge Contracts" to Primescape Solutions, Inc. (Primescape) for development and maintenance for the FDsys/govinfo database and Documentum repository as well as the Federal Register 2.0 (FR2.0) website; to Search Technologies (SearchTech) for development and maintenance for FDsys/govinfo to Progressive Technology Federal Systems (PTFS) for development and maintenance for FDsys/govinfo. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT - The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit with sources stated above in the item description, under the authority of FAR 6.302-2. This action will result in 3 "bridge" contracts which are necessary to allow for continuity of critical contractor services until a competitive contract is awarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
