Original solicitation request for information was posted on January 17, 2017 and ended February 17, 2017 as Solicitation FA8770-17-C-0522 regarding intention to negotiate on a sole source basis with Accenture Federal Services, LLC without any package submittals. FA8770-17-F-0522 was awarded as a delivery order under the Accenture NETCENTS II contract FA8732-15-D-0001. The rationale for not competing the requirement is that it would cause Unacceptable Delays and Substantial Duplication of Cost to the government.
