- The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal AL, intends to award NetAcquire Corporation, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, " Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, " for NetAcquire Corporation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitaiton; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Governments intent to award a sole source purchase to NetAcquire Corporation.
