- The purpose of this modification to the presolicitation notice is to repost the presolicitation synopsis due to the unexpected delay in releasing the solicitation. The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO) intends to procure non-personal, professional training and operations (to include administrative and logistical services in support of the U.S. Army Reserves (USAR) Regional Training Sites - Medical (RTS-MED) Program. The HRCO anticipates the solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available within 21 days from date of this notice and the closing date as 30 days from the release of the solicitation. This is a follow-on requirement to W81K04-13-C-0001 to provide professional training and operations services to USAR RTS-MED and will be solicited as competitive, full and open (unrestricted).
