- DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Warren, is looking to survey the industry to see what is available to satisfy a possible need for services required to deliver Field Service Representative (FSR) and Training services requisite to the Electrical and Hydraulic System Overhaul and Repair Training for the vehicle fleet for the Taiwan Air Defense Missile Command (ADMC). FSR services consist of vehicle maintenance, vehicle operation, troubleshooting, component replacement, training, vehicle modifications, as well as field level maintenance as defined in Army regulation 750-1, "Army Materiel maintenance policy." The FSR shall be fluent in the Mandarin language or the Contractor shall provide a translator. Training shall be conducted in an informal as well as a formal forum. Informal training shall consist of "On the Job" operator and maintenance training as well as "On the Spot" training focused on Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services as defined in Army regulation 750-1, "Army Material Maintenance Policy." The Contractor shall conduct a formal training class with hands-on application consisting of 40 hours of instruction that emphasizes preventative maintenance, fault isolation, and vehicle-repair procedures. Training shall be conducted in the Mandarin language; the Contractor may provide a translator from the local population. This effort consists of Field Service Representative (FSR) and Training Services requisite to the Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV) variants and Heavy Tactical Vehicles (HTV) variants in Taiwan.
