- Amendment for PR67532568/SOL# SPE4A517R0702 with the following changes: PR67532568 for NSN 5841014311459, Northrop Grumman Systems, CAGE 97942 with P/N 322R350G01, and Rack Assembly. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. This item is not CSI. Solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 5 each. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, FOB Origin, and delivery 230 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. The issue date is on or around 05/22/2017, and the closing date is on or around 06/21/2017. Certified Cost and Pricing Data will only be required if the resulting order exceeds the $750,000.00 threshold. In addition, a Subcontracting Plan should be provided for procurements exceeding $700,000.00. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized; however a copy of the solictation will be availible via DLA Internet Bid Board Syststem (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in prortable document form (PDF). To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is availible free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be availible to requesters. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
