- Statement of Work - Building 404 Furniture Modernization The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (CCAM-RDI), Fort Eustis, VA, is seeking information regarding the capability and availability of qualified commercial vendors to install Sound Transmission Class 45 partition walls with integrated locking doors, modify existing office furniture and provide additional office furniture at Fort Eustis, Virginia. The purpose of this sources sought is to confirm that there are available commercial sources capable of fulfilling the partition wall and furniture requirements. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. If your company is able to provide the requested modifications and furniture identified in this Notice, submit a capability statement for consideration. Attached is the Draft Statement of Work (SOW). SITE SURVEY: 4:00 PM on MAY 31, 2017 at Building 404 Lee Blvd, Fort Eustis VA 23604. POC is Steve Nerenberg at (757) 878-0104. For access to Fort Eustis, the Visitor Center at the main gate on Fort Eustis Blvd. will issue a pass. For more information regarding access to Fort Eustis, please call the Fort Eustis Military Police at (757) 878-4555. No Cameras or Electronic Recording Devices Allowed In Building 404. RESPONSES: Interested persons possessing the ability to provide the required product and services are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought. Interested persons should address within their electronic responses with the following: 1. Company name, CAGE Code, address, point of contact, telephone number, email address, business size and small business status such as disadvantaged 8(a), HUB Zone, Woman Owned, Minority Owned, and /or Service Disabled Veteran Owned. 2. Capability statement identifying the ability to provide products listed under a GSA Federal Supply Schedule. 3. Experience performing similar efforts. 4. Recommended changes to the provided Draft Statement of Work. Please submit responses to this Sources Sought Notice electronically (via email) to Ms. Celeste Felton at celeste.j.felton.civ@mail.mil no later than 12:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on 6 JUNE 2017.
