- PR 0067557390 for NSN 1680-01-158-9662, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation DBA 78286 P/N 70400-08155-055. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The Solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 236. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB Origin, delivery 325 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. Item has been identified as a Critical Safety Item. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized. The issue date is on or around 06/01/17 and the closing date is on or around 06/15/17. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov database. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package in order to be considered for any future procurements of this NSN / PN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
