- This is a sources sought notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is VA256-17-N-0740_1 and is issued as an (RFI) Request for Information, unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-88. This sources sought notice is an SDVOSB set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333318 Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1000. Network Contracting Office is seeking a vendor to supply the following for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System: Conveyor Commercial Dishwasher System, Entergy Star, Disposer, parts and accessories. The vendor will be required install the system. Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed to Vernester.ingram@va.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses are due by 10:00 a.m., Central Standard Time, on Wednesday, May 24, 2017.
