- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.203 AND 36.213-2. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON JUNE 1, 2017 WITH BIDS DUE JUNE 30, 2017. AS PART OF THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, WILL BE THE PLANS/SPECIFICATIONS, WAGE RATES AND ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL INFORMATION THAT WILL BE NECESSARY FOR PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS TO SUBMIT A BID. PROJECT TITLE: OTOE MISSOURIA MULTIPLE ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS DESCRIPTION: Contractor to provide all labor, materials and incidental costs associated with the construction of various small parking lots and one access road. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Plans/Specifications, contract terms and conditions and the Construction Wage Rate Requirements. PROJECT LOCATION: Otoe Missouria Tribe of Oklahoma; Red Rock, Oklahoma area, Noble County. MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: As required under FAR Part 36.204, Project Magnitude is between $250,000 - $500,000, with 100 days to complete. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is being set-aside exclusively for Indian Small Economic Enterprises (ISEE) as defined under the Buy Indian Regulations 48 CFR PART 1480. For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a size standard of $36.5mil. A formal Site Visit is not planned. Potential bidders are encouraged to visit the site. If clarification questions arise based on the site visit, those should be put in writing and emailed to the Contracting Officer. Bid will be accepted by mail or by email. The Solicitation and all attachments will be available, free of charge from fedconnect.net. No requests for copies to be mailed will be accepted by the Government.
