- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Lowest Price Commercial Item Solicitation The USDA Forest Service - Manti-Lasal National Forest have a need for a Single Drum Vibratory Compactor Roller with: 84' Smooth Drum, Enclosed Cab, Air Conditioning, for four months, beginning June 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017. The Roller would be operated by a licensed U.S. Forest Service employee. The approximate usage of the rented equipment will be approximately 176 hours per month. Forest Service Personnel will pick up and return equipment.
