- Questionnaire Draft PWS RFI for Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho; THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR PLANNING AND MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron/Environmental Services Contracting (772 ESS/PKS) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Lackland, TX is conducting market research and is considering consolidating requirements as reflected in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) listed below. It is anticipated that contractors will be required to provide environmental services as described in the Draft PWS. NAICS Code is 562910 (size standard 750 employees). 772 ESS/PKS anticipates a base year with four option years. This RFI is issued for the purpose of developing a viable solicitation that will best communicate the Government's requirements to industry. Response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and will not affect any firm's ability to submit an offer if, or when, a solicitation is released. There is no solicitation document associated with this announcement. The requested information is for planning and market research purposes only and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of the submission of information in response to this RFI. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. Contractors who submit information in response to this RFI do so with the understanding that U.S. Government personnel as well as their support Contractors may review their material and or data.
